Demon Star Gundamu / Demon Star General (Master Gundam)
Appearing as the ostensibly loyal vice-general in the celestial palace, Demon Star Gundamu, the younger brother of Roaring Heaven Gundamu, grew resentful towards the Grand General over time. Believing peace in the celestial palace was due to his brother, he eventually sold his soul to the dark realm, seeking to conquer the celestial palace with its power. He petrified the Grand General of Flying Birds and took control of the Gundamu army, imposing tyranny while plotting to eliminate the noble Musha Kotomaru by sending assassins.
Characterized by his calm demeanor and proactive strategies, he is generally respectful, which earns him the loyalty of many, including the Dark Three Generals who swore allegiance despite being from the dark realm. However, once he sheds his mantle to reveal his warrior form, his malevolent nature emerges, wielding the Demon Blade Dark Wind.
Blood relatives include the Grand General of Flying Birds and Musha Kotomaru as his great-uncle and grandnephew, respectively.
In the Bonbon version, he resented not being the successor to his brother, the rightful Grand General, contrasting his brother’s people-oriented rule with his own oppressive methods. This led to his exile by the Grand General who saw his ambitions as a threat. During his duel with Kotomaru, he completely rejected Roaring Heaven Gundamu's ideology.
Upon merging with the Sanra Generals, he transforms into the "Dark Beast Mode," becoming Demon Star General in his light-armed form inspired by Kuolong Gundam.
His finishing move "Evil Black Wave Destruction Wave" amplifies the energy from his arms and channels it into the Heavenly Absolute Sword, cleaving enemies with a fiery wolf-shaped blaze.
After battling Kotomaru, his whereabouts become unknown, but in the PlayStation game "Mobile Musha Wars," he is seen freed from the dark curse, returning to his honorable form. His fate remains unclear in the main storyline, though he reappears in the "Musha Chronicles: Illusion of Light" comic as a resurrected warrior.
In the comic attached to Roaring Flame Military General, his hatred expands to encompass all previous Grand Generals, not just the lineage of the New World Grand General. He imprisons every predecessor from the First Gundamu Grand General to Military Phoenix General in a mirror world, assuming the guise of Roaring Flame King and defeating all but Military Phoenix (though he was initially defeated by Flying Birds Grand General by surprise). During his final battle with Military Phoenix, the real Roaring Flame King intervenes, forcing him to reveal his true identity and summon the Sanra Generals and a large evil army for support. Despite knowing all the Grand Generals' tactics, he is ultimately defeated when Military Phoenix merges with the Roaring Flame King's armor to become Roaring Flame Military General.
