The protagonist of the first chapter is a descendant of the Dragon Emperor who once ruled over Shadow Dance Chaos. He is a warrior skilled in both literary and martial arts, unleashing a variety of techniques from his ancestral Twin Dragon Swords. The swords can be wielded in both hands or mounted on the arms through a shield. He was battling the Yellow Tiger Bandits, who aimed to conquer Shadow Dance Chaos. During the fight, he encounters the volunteer army and joins forces with them to defeat the Yellow Tiger Bandits. His character is modelled after Liu Bei.

In the sequel, "New SD Sengokuden: Legend of the Great Generals," he becomes the ruler of Shadow Dance Chaos, known as the Stubborn White Dragon Emperor.

BB Warrior No.97: The Twin Dragon Swords can be equipped in two ways. Armour can be removed for a light armour type. Can ride on Dragon Horse - White. The 'White' flag is made by cutting out part of the instruction manual. Bullets can be fired from the mouth of Dragon Horse - White.
